John J. Caterino, 92, of Clark passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, January 27, 2019.

John was born in Elizabeth, NJ and moved to Clark 56 years ago. He was a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War.

John was co-owner of The Golden Lantern and The Fulton Restaurants, and the Liquor Shack along with his business partner and best friend the late Anthony “Trit” Palladino.

John was predeceased by his parents, Josephine and Nicholas, his brothers Al and Paul, and his wife of 56 years, Norrine "Renee". He is survived by his sister Antoinette Tierney, his children, Nick and his wife Trish, Nancy, Steve, John and his wife RoseAnn and Sue and Keith Glaser; his grandchildren, Kimberly, Melissa, Michael, Brianna, Dominique, and Anthony; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Per John's request, all arrangements were held privately.
